Achieve Learning Partners – Refund Policy

At Achieve Learning Partners, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality, small-group instruction. Please review our refund policy below before enrolling in classes.

Enrollment & Commitment

All classes are live, small-group sessions with limited spots. When you enroll, your child’s spot is reserved specifically for them.

Refunds

  • No refunds are provided once a class or program has begun.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable. You can request the class recording and you will receive the handouts and practice for that class.

  • Transfers – When space allows, students may transfer to another class covering the same skill or level during the same week. Parents are responsible to request the transfer back to the original class.
  • If the class is cancelled on our end for any unforseen reasons, a refund will be issued. 

Trial Classes & Promotions

  • Trial classes, discounted offers, and promotional pricing (including Buy One Get One offers) are non-refundable. These classes are designed to allow families to experience our teaching style before committing further.

Make-Up Classes

  • Transfers – When space allows, students may transfer to another class covering the same skill or level during the same week. Parents are responsible to request the transfer back to the original class

Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us at achievelearningpartners@gmail.com, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
