Achieve Learning Partners

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and programs provided by Achieve Learning Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in classes or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Services

Achieve Learning Partners provides live, online educational instruction and related materials. Services are offered on a session-based or program-based enrollment and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any class, program, or service as necessary.


Enrollment & Payment

  • All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.

  • Enrollment reserves a limited spot in a live class.

  • Prices, schedules, and offerings are subject to change.


Attendance, Transfers & Participation

At Achieve Learning Partners, we believe Practice Makes Progress. Consistent participation supports student growth and confidence.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer traditional make-up sessions.

  • When space permits, students may transfer to another class covering the same skill or level within the same week, provided the request is made in advance.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and may not be carried forward or exchanged for future weeks.


Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.


Student Conduct

To maintain a safe and productive learning environment:

  • Students must follow teacher guidance and behave respectfully.

  • We reserve the right to remove any student whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

  • Removal due to behavior does not entitle the family to a refund.


Technology & Access

Families are responsible for ensuring appropriate technology and reliable internet access. Achieve Learning Partners is not responsible for missed instruction due to technical issues outside our control, including internet outages, device failures, or platform disruptions.


Force Majeure (Unforeseen Closures & Disruptions)

Achieve Learning Partners shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide classes or services due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). These events may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather

  • Power outages or internet disruptions

  • Platform or service outages

  • Public health emergencies

  • Government orders or restrictions

  • Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest

  • Illness, emergency, or unavailability of instructors

  • Any other circumstances beyond our control

In the event of a Force Majeure Event:

  • Classes may be rescheduled, canceled, or modified at our discretion.

  • When feasible, we may offer a class transfer, credit, or alternate learning option.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes promptly and minimize disruption.


No Guarantee of Results

Achieve Learning Partners provides educational support and skill-based instruction. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, including grades, test scores, or performance improvements. Student progress depends on multiple factors, including attendance, engagement, and practice.


Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum, content, worksheets, and resources provided are the exclusive property of Achieve Learning Partners.

  • Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achieve Learning Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.

Participation is voluntary, and families assume responsibility for their child’s participation.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Achieve Learning Partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your child’s participation, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services or materials.


Privacy

We respect your family’s privacy. Personal information is collected and used solely for enrollment, communication, and instructional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional details.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Achieve Learning Partners operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
